Wraparound Milwaukee, an internationally praised initiative to assist youth who have a severe emotional disorder diagnosis and other challenges, has recommended funding St. Charles Youth & Family Services as a Care Coordination partner. Wraparound Milwaukee issued a Request For Proposals, allowing organizations to compete for contracts to provide several categories of outcome-driven services for eligible youth and families.
