Jericho Resources, Inc. was selected to assist Milwaukee County’s Housing and Behavioral Health Divisions in preparing a Mental Health Transformation Grant application to the U.S. Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). If awarded, the grant would provide up to $3.75 million over a 5-year period, allowing Milwaukee County to integrate mental health services into its supportive housing model. This expansion would reduce the risk of homelessness due to mental illness, substance abuse, HIV/AIDS, long-term institutionalization in a nursing home, jail, or other facility...
